Three regional Illinois dairy summits sponsored by the Illinois Milk Producers Association and the University of Illinois Extension are scheduled at Freeport (Feb 21), Bloomington (Feb 22), and Centralia (Feb 23), Illinois. This year's theme is "Dairy Economics," and program topics include economic feeding opportunities and solutions, using genomic data to make more informed economic decisions, the Dairy Checkoff, dairy farm economics, and 10 steps for a successful transition period. There will be no pre-registration this year. Summit fees will be $15.00 per person, and will be collected at the door.
